Courtesy call with the Governor of Bokeo

While attending the ILSTA Introductory Modules on Organised Crime and Money Laundering: Typologies of Crime, Human Trafficking and Smuggling of Migrants for law enforcement officials from four Northern Provinces: Bokeo, LuangNamtha, Luang Prabang and Sayabouly, Mr Richard Philippart ILSTA President paid a courtesy call to Khamphanh Pheuyavong Bokeo Governor to inform him about the capacity building activity jointly organized by the Supreme People’s Prosecutor and ILSTA in Houayxay District Bokeo Province. Mr Philippart also took opportunity to inform the Governor that Bokeo is one of priority provinces for Luxembourg development cooperation intervention in Laos.
