Workshop on Single Judge Court

ILSTA and People’s Supreme Court jointly organised a Workshop on Single Judges Courts at the Institute of Research and Training of People’s Supreme Court. This workshop aims to build capacities among judges in the important transition to single-judge courts at the area court level.

The workshop was co-chaired by the President of the People’s Supreme Court Mr Khampha Sengdara and Mr John Connolly, Director of ILSTA. The workshop gathered 84 judges and heads of provincial courts, and continued for 5 days. During the workshop, ILSTA disseminated a number of Penal Code to all attendees.
