Workshop on Amnesty Capacity Building for Central and Local Levels

The Office of the Supreme People’s Prosecutor and ILSTA held a workshop on strengthening capacity for the National Pardon’s Secretariat at central and local levels on June 15–17, 2022 at the International Cooperation Training Centre (ICTC). The workshop aimed at leveraging the technical capacity and exchanging lessons learnt on Pardon at the national, central and local levels. The participants included the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Public Security, and the People’s Prosecutors from Xaysomboune, Xiengkhouang, Huaphan, Bolikhamxai, Khammouan, Savannakhet, and Vientiane provinces.
