The International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the US State Department supported a four-day “Training of Trainer” workshop for senior prosecutors in Laos from 13 – 16 of March in Thalat, Vientiane Province. ILSTA delivered an interactive training module on combatting human trafficking on March 15, which reviewed the international and domestic legal provisions available to combat human trafficking and used case studies to explore how the law applies in practice.
