An open lecture on Criminal Liability of Legal Persons in Lao PDR was given by Mr. Bounlieng Vongsamphanh on 6 November 2015. Mr. Bounlieng is a teacher in the Criminal Law Department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, National University of Laos and wrote about the topic when doing his MA at Thammasat University in Thailand. App. 150 persons attended the lecture.
