Fact-finding Visit to Southern Courts

On 19 June, ILSTA visited the Champasak Regional Court, the Champasak Provincial Court and Champasak Area Court 1.  Senior judges at each of the three courts discussed important practical issues relating to the administration of courts and court cases, such as information management, case flow management and evidential integrity.
