Dr. Somdeth Keovongsack who is a lecturer of the Business law department, Faculty of Law and Political Science, National University of Laos did his PhD on Intellectual Property rights. On 8 December he gave a lecture on the Enforcement of Intellectual Property rights in Lao PDR for app. 150 participants. The lecture included an overview of the different rights, legal obligations and enforcement mechanisms in place.
